Hey Everyone!!! I have a question about the threads with some of mine are saying watched and some of my others dont have watched on them, so I guess what im asking is what does that mean. Please fill me in thanks!!! ~Amp
Basically a watched thread is when you'll be notified about an update that happens on the thread (someone comments on it). This happens when you comment on the thread yourself or click 'Watch Thread' at the top of the thread. When you aren't watching a thread you won't be notified of any updates on it.
Pretty much this.^^^ You should get an alert for the comments from this thread,because it is watched.There is also an option to unwatch the thread if you're annoyed.
When you are watching a thread, you will receive an alert when someone posts a reply on it. You might also receive an email, but that depends on your settings. When you make or reply to a thread, you will automatically watch the thread. If you do not wish to receive alerts from a thread anymore, just simply unwatch it. Though you will still receive an alert when a post of yours is quoted or rated. Sometimes bugs happen, and you won't receive an alert, but this is very rare. I hope this cleared up things for you.
