Please include: Your ingame name: _Primitive The offender's exact ingame name: TheMinecakeYT A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: At the very start of the video Princes_CaCupid asks TheMinecakeYT if he will buy her a rank upgrade for her all of her stuff and TheMinecakeYT says yes. At 1:05 he asks "why cant we do half i get you rank you give other half". Princess then gives him half of the stuff she had. TheMinecakeYT claimed he had bought her the rank at 3:02 as he said "done". Princess had waited a couple minutes and had reloged a couple times and the so called rank upgrade had not happened. Soon enough TheMinecakeYT had left when Princess was re-logging. This is clearly scam. Evidence/full screenshots:
