I have heard around the server for a couple days now that the gamemode Survival is going to have a reset in a matter of days. I've also heard this reset includes a reset of the land, of people's /bal, and even some commands that donators have payed for being taken away from them. Although I agree that Survival should have a reset, since majority of the world is either griefed or claimed by users who don't play anymore, I don't agree with the casualties that will happen with the reset. I for starters, for the past couple weeks (without knowing there was a reset coming) have spent hours upon hours grinding blaze rods to try and get enough money for a rank. After a week or two of doing this, I took a break, and came back to hearing that Survival was getting a reset. This bothered me because I probably spent over 48 hours grinding blaze rods! And because of this reset I am going to lose 50 double chests of blaze rods, and around 17 million dollars in-game! All because I didn't know of a reset... So please, if there is a reset that is unavoidable, make sure that my hours spent is not a waste, as well as others I know who were doing the same thing as me (DanDeDonut has been grinding and has about 11 million in-game). If it is possible, please have in-game users keep their /bal.
No that would not be a full reset, Survival needs a FULL RESET, it is your fault of not knowing this was going to happen. How would it be fair for other non-op players? Just because you grinded blazes does not mean the server will let you keep A LOT of money, that also wouldn't be good for the economy, because people with lots of money can almost buy al of their stuff back...
This is a good point, however, I'm not using the money to build things that are op. I've only been grinding to try and get a rank D: And how would it feel if you spent hours doing something boring to get something you want, then all or it go down the drain?
I don't agree with this. The reset is going so all that stuff IS gone. Not so you can post on forums how you want to keep your stuff. I'm wondering what you're suggesting in the first place, because this just sounds like a complaint about a reset. Let's make some assumptions. One main detail you provided was that you were irritated with spending so long on getting money so you could buy a rank, and then it 'all goes down the drain'. But the point of a reset is... to make everything go... down the drain? To clear it? That's why it's called a reset, yes? I think this post is really just a plea to get free stuff while everyone else doesn't. And if you mean everyone else does, well, then they can just buy their way back. Not much of a reset. So shhh. :3

nice life u got there. u ruined the server and this reset will fix it by hopefully making u realize that playing 10 hours a day was not worth it.
Thats true but very rude. Yes, I know I already spent probably a little too much time grinding, but that time made me meet so many people on Mineverse.
I don't think it would be fair for users to keep their balance, because a reset is a reset, meaning everything is taken back to default. And it's such an awful shame that you've dedicated so much time towards grinding, but if you kept your money, it would not be fair on other players.
Yeah, sorry about all the time you spent, I would be annoyed if it was me and all my efforts went to waste.
No support, it wouldn't be a reset if users got to keep all their money, and you can just buy everything back. But it would be cool if you could trade your in game money for some sort of credits thing, that stays with you during resets.
