OK so excuse me if this is off topic I really do not know if it is but how do I put a video or picture below the stuff I say like for example whenever someone says something on a forum post underneath there is always a picture. How you do DAT?
It's called a signature. Find it by clicking on you name at the top task bar. Once you have selected it, you may put stuff in it. It can be pictures, gifs, YouTube videos, etc. There is a limit for how much can fit in your signature, so be careful. Hope this helps.
