Some of the staff don't know what they are doing, I agree. We need Admins/System Admins. Not stuff like 'Support' or 'Donation Support'
My opinion upcoming: ¤Have trainees/helpers (like a trial rank to become a mod if you can even handle it) ¤Get a support team. (From what I have heard it takes ages for them to answer your email to [email protected]) ¤More staff (just plain up please?) ¤ Have a few administrators (so cyp and noob dont have to do all the work) ¤ We need active staff! (Atleast 4 hours a day) ¤ More builders and developers so new gamemodes faster! ¤Have updates weekly or monthly not every 4 months like seriously.. ¤Implement all of these things! :D ^
I have something like this sort of in mind. I agree completely of what @Pile_of_Butts had to say of this particular issue. In addition to just a forums banner, a special rank is to be given on the server itself for retired members. Perhaps a specific rank along with the perks of a donation package free of cost? Considering the fact that these people took the time out of their personal lives to give their own free labor upon a server they love, something like this should be put into place. It's completely mind boggling to me as to why the retired staff members return to being average schmucks without any recognition or awards whatsoever.
In addition to all of this, fix the frequency of which new staff apps are accepted. This alone will increase the staff team a considerable amount. :P
I'll be honest. The staff team needs improvements. Though, there are some good staff, and some bad & inactive ones that probably should be demoted for the better of the server (Not stating names).
Well I could say one thing. I do have a help report on my infection rank and it hasn't been fixed. But mods are posting all over. I can wait. Yes mods aren't on a lot, but that's because there's like 26 servers now? Who cares, also mods have lives, they have school/job? Anyway, I in a way agree but you can't blame them. So yeah, are mods are amazing, we just need more.
Where in my thread did I blame the staff? And exactly my point. We now have 26 servers, and not enough staff to cover them. That's a major problem.
