Completely agree, people (as well as myself) have problems with glitches, scammers, and all sorts of things... But there is hardly ever staff on to help us. As you said it IS NOT the individual staffs I have a problem with... Just the fact they are never there when we need them/not enough staff.
I recently saw a mod on the OP prison server for the first time. I have been playing on there since Summer...
Update: the owners have yet to respond to the many constructive emails sent to them in regards of this issue. How long will they persist in neglecting to fully resolve this problem, and to confront their community pleading for change? We shall see. Next week I will be continuing my efforts in seeking a resolution for his major issue, alongside the many supports of mine.
Exactly like tepid said, they all seem to be best friends and are all on at the same time as one another
Support. I'm sure that a lot of people would make great mods, and I know that mods aren't active as I rarely ever see them. You might say this is because I'M inactive, but I have never really actually seen any on infection. I am a active player(on infection :P) When they do come on, its just to do a report. They're on, then they're gone. Hackers and spammers and people breaking rules are beginning to appear more frequently and when I report them, it takes WEEKS for a staff member to look at the report. Then my report normally gets declined(this may because I rush reports and don't add enough evidence). More staff would be great, but only if they're active. More staff ranks, I'm neutral. It would be great if there was a trainee-staff rank or something with only temp ban, kick and temp mute, but having admin ranks and stuff doesn't really seem like it would make a difference. Other than that, you have my complete support.
Well, the great thing about admin ranks is that they get to act as a second in command to the owners when they're gone. They usually can do almost everything the owners can do, which makes running the server easier. The funny thing is, they turn down a lot of people for being 'not active enough' when really the person applying would still be more active than most of the staff currently are.
Yeah but we are talking of Cyp and Noob here. They don't trust anyone in this community fully, fact. They have yet to fully address this issue, and actually address the community rather than shrugging it off.. Fact. That is why I strive to open the eyes of everyone on here to these issues that have yet to be resolved. Honestly, the staff team could be resolved easily within a week or two at most.
Figuring out whether they could trust someone or not would be incredibly easy, all they'd need is a trainee rank, just like we've said so many times before. It's a shame how easy this whole problem would be to fix.
There should be a trial-staff rank so it is shown how active a person actually is, and how they handle situations
