Trust me, we are not referring to you. You have kept your promises, and do your job wonderfully. Still quite the misfortune you view me and my intentions differently, though. Nonetheless, I understand why it is you had done so. - S
To be quite frank, there is way more to resolving this issue fully besides accepting more staff members. That is not what I seek for a resolution, no. I seek a redux of how the staff team is managed and run. I seek the addition of new staff ranks to bolster the team, more organization, more coordinated efforts, a routine schedule of which apps are accepted, more management over those who fail in their duties, etc. Simply adding more staff members will not fix this problem AKA. More action needs to be taken, and more changes implemented. Such changes I have proposed in this thread, and these very changes many can agree upon. I thank you for your feedback, friend. I truly value every form support and opinion given to me in regards of resolving this notorious problem. - S
I do think MV needs more mods, but there have been many threads on this, and Cyp has addressed the issue many times.
That is the problem. Cyp and Noob think they can be a lone man army and maintain this server mostly on their own. This could be quickly resolved with the addition of staff ranks, such as Admin and Sr Mod.
I totally agree. I'm not saying cyp and noob are incapable of operating a server, but it is not a one man or two man job.
Aye, you as well friend. If you truly wish to help liberate Mineverse of this issue, please inform me. - S
I do want this to not be an issue. I just don't think there really is much we can do since its there responsibility to promote mods.
Head mod = Sr. Mod I don't think there should be more types of staff, I just think there should be more staff.
There is much we the players can do to open the eyes of the owners, and seek a full resolution. Afterall, it is we the players whom of which compose this very community.
I think we would just stay at the same spot we are at if we just promote more staff. We really need more Administrators.
I've already addressed this matter personally. Simply adding more staff won't fully resolve this problem, as Cyp and Noob figured it would've.
We can make them aware, but I can ensure that they are very well aware of this issue. Yes, it is the players who compose the community, but the admins are the only ones who can promote mods.
