I have seen contradicting opinions such as these, many times over the past month or so in regards of this issue. Some may think the staff team is excellent the way it is now, while others do not. Some people believe that the staff truly doesn't need any more members, while others believe the addition of new staff is direly needed. However, what most of us can come to agreement with here, is that the staff team on here is extremely ineffective. Like @RebornWolf_, @bananaman11223, @Pile_of_Butts, @12323kyle, @Scorvix, and many others have said..The staff team now is doing an amazing job considering the extreme circumstances they now face. But, it is in-denial to refuse the fact that the staff team on here is severely lacking structure and members. I will say it again, it is not the staff members who are to blame for Minevere's lack of management. Rather, the fact that the staff team is understaffed and lacks organization. The team @CypriotMerks has assembled now would work, for if Mineverse was a small-medium community, and had under 10 game modes. But is does not. Mineverse has grown into a rather large community, with a lot of game modes. This is why the method of Cyp specifically hand a few apps per month or two is no longer working clearly. Every thriving server I have been on has an Admin rank of sorts. These admins take off tremendous amounts of pressure from the owners by dealing with technical problems, management, etc. Every thriving community I have visited over the year also has more than one staff rank. Trainee ranks are meant to allow people to prove themselves staff worthy, under the training of higher-ups. It has been told that Cyp has trust issues, and only accepts those he personally trusts. While this can be understood, this has been proven to be an extremely ineffective way to bolster your staff team monthly. Many servers I have been on accept batches of apps in numbers of around 100 monthly. Those who are appointed have to prove themselves as a trainee as mentioned above. If they fail doing so, then why are quickly demoted and replaced. If they do prove themselves, then they are promoted to the next rank. The server I personally staffed on had 5 staff ranks. These being Helper, Trusted (mini-mods), Mods, Sr. mods, and Admins. Many other successful communities have such structure implemented into their staff teams as well. Hell, they even had a retired rank for those who committed free labor into a Minecraft server. I can barely believe myself that @Noobcrew and @CypriotMerks have kept this server afloat by themselves only, alongside the staff team as well. This server has just TWO staff ranks, and that is it. How can anyone believe this server will remain populating and stable with all of this considered? Cyp and Noobcrew basically carry all the stresses on their backs, whilst the staff team fails to maintain order and structure. How much longer will this issue be neglected, and unresolved fully? We will all find out it seems, while I retain my inactivity on the server itself. I wish to see this community continue to grow, and to enjoy myself on the server I donated 100 dollars on. However, I will not be constantly harassed by hackers, adverts, spammers, grievers, bullies, etc.. Daily on 2/3 of Mineverse.
I'll make a thousand threads over of this matter if I have to. The fact that all I've received is false promises indicate nothing will be happening anytime soon to fix this issue. That is why I am now taking action. Thank you for the kind words btw, Janice

I've already sent this to a few mods and players for their opinions; even though these most likely won't happen, these would be nice to have: Forum Moderators People who can deal with forums related issues. Such as forum reports. Two forum admins; one from Australia and one from USA (overlapping time zones) This would be able to do the things such as name changes, unbanning of perm banned, birthdate changes. Staff Manager This position would be incharge of all staff. Promotions/demotions. Support Team This/these people would be in charge of anything wrong happening in the shop. They would have access to the support email. Developers We need one or two more dev's that are able to workon fixing and producing game modes that will work. Beta-team These people will test any game mode before they are released to the public to find any glitches or dupes. Admins We need one to two more admins. Cypriot isn't a bad one, we just need more. Head-mods We need three head mods to cover more time zones.Making sure their jobs are done properly. Jr. Builders These people would help on the build team, but wouldnot get payed for it. Jr. Mods These people are mods, just ones who just got it. They will have every command but /ban Sr. Mods This will be for people who have been on the staff teamfor over a year, or have shown great dedication towards the server.
Just as he did last month. And guess what the result was; Did it suppress the huge amounts of rule breakers that plague the server weekly? Nope. Did it rid the staff team of disorganization? Nope. Did it do anything to fully solve the issue at hand? Nope. Etc Honestly, it's in denial to refuse the fact that MV is on the decline. The Staff Team needs some major fixes. Simple as that.
