Seems it may be that way, considering mostly everyone has already replied to this thread (besides most staff members). Goes to show the scale of this issue
^t Totally agree it is a more efficiency use of mods...but mods are players too (some..and they should be). Im asking/ suggesting making them global put too much " pressure " on some and this has contributed to a recent number of resignations. It also may well deter people who would otherwise consider applying for, or be approved as mod.
And that is why the rank of Global Mod should be given to only those who are the most respected, diligent, and trusted.
People who are unexperienced or new to the team should be given limited mod commands (like a trainee) or they should be placed on two servers only as you said. People who feel like they could handle it could be promoted to Global Trainee. Those that know more how being a mod works should be allowed to be a Global Mod. Anyway, I think every new staff member should start out with either a limited or global Trainee rank, depending on past experience. Those that don't feel they could handle it or if the staff don't think they could should be allowed to apply for limited servers.
