I will go with neutral because I don't judge people based on mistakes. But I don't support because, you were demoted for abuse. Also because u have been banned an muted for a lot of times.

I won't announce them because they expose certain privacy issues and because I don't feel safe and I feel violated when I expose them. I will not be stating them.
