Changing to no support. You're kind, however you can be very disrespectful at times and I feel that this position just wouldn't suit you.

I am not causing any arguments, I'm pointing out her errors and there is nothing wrong with that. And you telling me to leave isn't going to make it any better, so don't make up excuses.
