Umm no... Titans pay a huge amount for their rank and don't get much already, taking away from them is only making it worse.
Support, there's a lot of "abuse" with it. For example, healing a player causes them to lose potion effects, heals the player, so it's kind of annoying.
No support. Although this can be very annoying, people have paid a fair amount of money for the Titan rank and the perks that come with it.
Support, /heal ** can be a pain most of the time I only purchased Titan for the kits and the /fix all :p
Neutral. Titans are paying 250$, that is a lot. I don't think /heal ** is that big of a deal, but maybe it is to others.
