Updating the rules.

I've noticed with others, and myself that we often have to ask a Moderator if something is against the rules or not.

For example,

Is /god (Titan rank command) Illigal during combat or not?
Is drinking a potion while in /v (vanish) against the rules or not, to kill someone.


So my suggestion is, update the rules for Survival and make it clear what we as Titans or any other donation rank (or default) can or can not to on Survival.
