I'm not sure if anyone has suggested this before, but suggesting it again. On Survival the world is really really small. It's hard to find untouched land. I did an experiment and walked around towns and did /seen to the claim owners. Some had been offline for 8 months +; even a year. If Survival isn't going to reset, then automatically remove land claims if the owner has been offline for 8 months or more.
Support, it's annoying to come in a land and can't claim the place you like when the guy who claimed it isn't online since like 2 year.
Support. Automatically removing inactive landclaims is actually a feature on some versions of grief prevention. Although I had trouble making it work right on MT and I don't think it can be applied retroactively, it's a good idea.
Support so much, especially when people claim your builds and then never join the server like wat .-.
Although, it still wouldn't solve the issue of random locketted chests strewn haphazardly across every ounce of unclaimed land. To my knowledge there's no way to fix that besides removing the plugin.
Support, there's a lot of claimed land people haven't touched in so long, it's really hard to find land you can actually claim
The /seen command doesn't show players inactivity for over a month... If you need to disband any claim that affect your game-play and the player have been inactive for a while you can request to disclaim it via email to the owners. We used this method when we had ranchville up and running. Just provide a strong reason on why it needs to be disclaimed (it works with 3 months inactivity). This should be automatic so, Support.
