I wanted to open my chest after I changed my name, its located by my old name and I cant open it anymore, how I fix this?

Old name: Masterpees
New name: CrispVaffle

I think you can do what Swift says, and try your luck with support. However if that doesn't work I also have a back-up plan for you ;) Do it only just in case

So, if that doesn't work, then unfortunately you have to wait till you are able to change your name back to Masterpees, and then break the lockette. However, I do think that I have seen @Pile break lockettes in Prison...

 

No one has power here to fix this issue.
