Because it's unnessescary to put it in Blocks vs Zombies section. Bugs & Exploits are the only logical place to put ban evading/rate abuse threads.
Deleted all of the unnecessary posts, removed the ratings, and issuing infractions to unrelated users that commented. I am currently handling this. Please be patient in the process.
