I'm a bit confused here.
You say the person who is advertising a death warp is Walkersaliken. However in the picture you provided, it shows Liamkittypc advertising.

Were they both advertising the warp? If so I would like a screenshot of Walkersaliken saying it in chat.

There also appears to be water at the bottom where players can jump to. Would this still count as a death warp? @Nanurz @Pile_of_Butts @Pulchritudinous

I would consider it a death warp, as the person wouldn't be thinking when they warped to it. They'd have a small chance to move.
Plus, that warp was made during the flying glitch. It shouldn't be there anyways.

 

Should I remove ./warp pickaxe?

 

I would, as people could use it as a death warp later.
