Hey everyone!
I have been seeing, and have been receiving, a lot of "team" requests and requests to live with people because the newcomers or whoever don't have a home of their own or enough blocks to really claim a place of their own. To combat homelessness in our community I have started building a FREE* apartment complex! I hired Tylyndel to help complete the project and he has been doing a FANTASTIC job! I tried to pay him but he refused. >.< His indoor decorating skills are just top notch and the outdoor landscape... omg... so awesome. Now I'm sure some of you are wondering why I put an asterisk at the end of FREE... That is because there are a couple apartments I might charge rent for since they are the Deluxe edition. There will be some general rules and an application to apply for this free housing... mostly a promise not to grief it or live in more than one apartment... Anyways, here are the pics of how it looks as of right now. I will post more info on it when it comes closer to completion. If you want to take a look around it for yourself, it is right next to my shop at /warp crowfood and you can just walk on over. :D

Well I made it out of cobbestone in case people grief it, it's cheap to replace.

 

Make it so only certain people can have access?

 

Well maybe they can make it so different floors have more higher class looking apartments.

Misty u should add cheap shop in there.. and make a warp for easy acsess .

Hey again, updating to say that so far no one has claimed an apartment. Remember, to rent an apartment is FREE unless it's a deluxe. Let me know if you're interested by following the instructions on the side of the apartment building.
