My current IGN is Wired5e,and my old one is CeruleanBlue.I can't access my Survival chests anymore because of the name change,and the change was done when I took a break from MV,so I couldn't change them before I did it.

 

Have you tried emailing [email protected]? Or temporarily changing your name back to remove the signs and then when you change it back re-add signs? I am not sure if the second one will work, it was just an idea.

Alright,I'll try to email them about it.Is there anything they require to change the chests?

 

Possibly proof of your name change?

 

If you have an alt account, change it to CeruleanBlue, and then break the signs!
