      Hey Guys i am LegendaryEnderGG just change my ingame name into GGCraftedLegends
      that was the problem now i cant access my private chests in survival because of this issue.
      i need help with this problem plz any server support and i will be thankfull.

      The best thing you can do is change your name.
      Emailing for that issue doesn't help. I emailed, and never got a reply.

      Change your name... That's pretty much the only way you can solve it. Change your name, add your current name or unlock the chest. Then, change your name back.
