The community can't control the owners, they can do what they like. But if the server starts to drastically lose people because of the actions of the owner(s), then they may stop depending on whether or not they actually care.

I saw it myself on Creative, there used to be a hack going around which you could change the name of the creator of the book, it's patched now but around December I believe it wasn't. Please don't spread false claims, she's a good friend of mine and I know that she resigned.
