I am here to (re)suggest the "restricted" title when someone is banned like in the Skyblock forums. Yes, I know this was suggested before, though I am not sure why it was not accepted as many people can fake being banned.
Using the 'restricted image' for a profile picture is not harming anyone? I don't see a reason why it should be disallowed. Otherwise, support.
