So theres been a hacked client going around called (you probably know i removed the name so no one knows the name and it spreads easy) and it allows you to make people have the animation of kill aura i know because i got on an alt went on a private server and tested it with a few friends, but the thing is the person making the other person look like they hack is the only person that can see the animation so for example someone posts a video of (player) hacking but in the video the person supposeably hacking has the fake kill aura in a pvp zone it will look like the player is using kill aura but only the real hacker can see the animation and it wont actually do damage to the person just look like there hitting them

Point is: when your banning someone for kill aura make sure they actually do damage to the person not just animation

As said before, they already know. It is EXTREMELY obvious(if you're aware of it), if someone is using this.

I can't understand why you basically just leaked it all, but nevertheless, I don't understand what your suggestion is.
