This Is good idea! But there will need to be a lot of modifications. For one, playing by yourself will get boring. Instead it should be 4-10 competing at the same time on the same map. Another is it won't be similar to sub way surfers, because the jumps will be impossible. There will have to be some edit to make jumps possible. Hope this gets added.
