So about 20 minutes ago I teleported to someone's plot, and then my game crashed for no reason at all. There are no hacked items in my inventory and I bought the teleport back to spawn and it doesn't appear to be working and my game crashes every time I join the creative server. Can someone help me with this?

Have you tried purchasing the "Clear Inventory" ?
There might be some items obtained from the plots.
If you cannot fix your problem, then you should email [email protected] regarding your problem.

 

If the buying a teleport to spawn method does not work, I can recommend you to go on minechat (an app) then login and you should be able to do /spawn
