Stuck in a wall in Op Pvp

I was enderpearling away from someone when I got stuck inside a wall in the 1 story orange house at spawn, i tried to pearl out but I finally got kicked. Every time I join, I suffocate for a few seconds and then I get kicked. Please help.

 

I tped the username "psat" to spawn, as it says in your information that is your's. This may take 30 minutes to work, start a conversation with me if it worked or not.
