for some reason I don't have supreme in op prison, some kinda bug im guessing? how can I get it fixed?

 

If you have proof of rank purchase, please email [email protected] with the following information:

• Your IGN (old and new if you changed it)
• Lost rank & the server(s) in which it is missing
• Proof of rank (screenshots/proof of purchase)

They can take care of you as this is a common occurrence in OP Prison.

that's the problem my comp is being a pain and I cant link screen shots to my e mails and I haven't received anything from pay pal regarding the purchase making proving kinda difficult I mean I can show you im supreme on skyblock and such just a bit hard for me to link it in a e mail

Is there any way you could get access to another computer(work/school/public library/friend) and complete the following information stated above? Also is it possible for someone else to send in the email if he can pass proof along @Ares_Xena?

A) I live to far from town for a quick drive in making a library comp un-usable (also I owe them money for their lost book apparently)

B) I am the only person round I know with a comp

 

If you can manage to post a full screenshot on here of you in the lobby/a gamemode other than OPP showing Supreme, and one in OPP without your Supreme rank I will tag CypriotMerks for you and he should be able to help you with your issue.

I'm afraid there's nothing else I can do for you as I have zero permissions to do with in game rank distribution, as well as the rest of the staff.

Put the Subject as Donation Issue.
Do what I stated above (leaving out the proof)

Sucks man, but don't worry! The Owners really care about their players even though they don't really show it. Have faith ;)

 

tbh I think the owners here are more worried bout their sever than arkham network another server I play on been 2 weeks since it got ddosed still half of its down with no sign of coming back mineverse seems to be actually concerned with keeping things running which is really good
