I was banned on the shop and in-game because I made a chargeback but the chargeback was cancelled and it was all a misunderstanding but I was un-banned from game but I'm still banned on the shop and I can't upgrade please help.

Make an unban appeal and email the support email with your ign and the exact problem with info/pics on the problem.

 

The only thing you can do in this situation is email the support email.

Yes it is still an issue and I emailed but I still have to reply.

 

How long time have you waited?

Try to wait maybe 3-5 days and then email one more time?

 

@xxxvan I've been waiting a while and I sent a new email can you let cyp and kato know that I sent an email please because I've wanted to upgrade for 2 months

 

Kato is no longer our Head-Moderator. Anyway be patient, and wait for a answer, I'm sure Cyp is trying to do his best to get this fixed.
