when I started mineverse I bought premium. at the time premium was 20$. then it changed to 5$. in my opinion when u change the rank to a lower cost that's scamming someone's money. what do I want? I want to be VIP because I payed 20$ for a 5$ rank
I understand your pain. That would be terrible. You will not get the rank change unless you have evidence that you purchased Premium. Send a kind email with no spelling or grammar mistakes to [email protected] and include proof that you purchased Premium, and then say you would like to be VIP because of the reasons you stated above. @CypriotMerks @Noobcrew (just because...you never know if they might see the thread, it was worth a try )
