      I really don't get why this should be added. People already congratulate them, have fun, play with them, etc. It's already like a mini-party. This would complicate things.

      Neutral. It would be really nice for new staff to be noticed by the community, but we hardly ever promote staff, and even when we do, we only do 1-6, whereas other popular server promote 10-20 staff.
