Hello as you can see from the title I would like to say that this is basically going to be that maybe there is a problem and no staff is online! Time /staffhelp and the staff will be alerted about this if they are on the forum which they always are. This will help so much and we can always get the staff online when we need them and don't need to worry about it.
We cannot always get in-game if we are on forums. I know that I get on forums on my phone at school but that does not always mean I have access to a computer in-game. I feel like this would make people think someone is coming to help even if none of us may be available. No support, sorry.
Most of the time when I am on the forums but not in-game, I am either on my phone or at school which means I do not have access to Minecraft.
Neutral, this could help a lot IF they're at home and on PC but as rainbow said they can't always be online.
