This is sort of like the one Grayson made a while ago. Basically, you fill out a template of a mod and describe what you like about them and how they can improve and stuff along those lines. This type of stuff (the criticism part) helps us mods communicate what you guys want from us. The template is as follows:

When I joined forums, he was online practically everyday so I decided to get to know him more.
It kind of escalated from there.

What he does well:

Where do I start...
He is so friendly and helpful, I can't explain how awesome he is.
For example, Hellblock on the weekend.
He helped put every single voice that called for him.
No matter what.
Plz give him global ;)

What I like most about him:

All of the above ;)

What can this mod improve on?

Maybe he could use capital letters and correct punctuation in game :P

How you met said mod: I believe when I was promoted.

What this mod does (did) well:
One, obvious, reason is moderating, of course. I mean, just look at her, she moderates three other servers (four, including this one.)

What you like most about this mod:
She is dedicated to her position. Never failed to impress me when I was a mod.

What this mod can improve on:
Nothing, tbh.

How this mod contributes to the team: (optional):
Probably one of the more experienced moderators here, as she mods Noobcrew's other servers.

How you met said mod:
I met Ares when he made the thread for Fulcrum. I applied and got in then we started talking and skyping and now we skype about everyday. He's my absolute best friend on this server.
What this mod does (did) well:
He can build like crazy. He's aight at PvP and he's great at being a friend.
What you like most about this mod:
Erryting. Except when he ignores me sometimes ;-;
What this mod can improve on:
Only I don't see anything.
How this mod contributes to the team: (optional):
He stays up late on Survival for the sake of the US players. He is a EU mod which is what makes it amazing.

How you met said mod: We met on kitpvp when she banned a person for me back in 2014, ever since then we've been friends. (If you ask me)

What this mod does (did) well: She's always outgoing and straight forward with everyone. She is also very efficient and nice to all players, every time i meet her ingame or on forums she always makes me feel better which is not only sweet, but yet, amazing of her to do <3.

What you like most about this mod: She's such a sweet person. (And bae)

What this mod can improve on: Talking more with the community, as far as I've seen (my perspective) you only really chat with people that post on your profile or talk with you first. Im not saying this is a bad thing but, when ever you are on (moderating) don't be quiet and wait for someone to say you name, say hi and talk with people and just make them feel better about their day like you always do.

How this mod contributes to the team: (optional): She's literally the best mod u.u! She just helps the team out by making the community feel better.
