No support. You're not active enough on forums I don't think you're sincere. This app looks like it took you 5 minutes at most, and without much thought. Get more well-known to the community. Try to be more credible and reliable. I don't think many believe you if you just plainly try to cover up by saying you forgot your account name and created a new one. It may be a possibility that you are telling the truth, but this looks very fake. It looks like you joined the forums just to make your Mod App. Good luck.
No support, firstly this is the old template, secondly you are missing the heading prefix, thirdly you don't actually meet the requirements to become a moderator
