Some servers can get really laggy and they need more than the daily restart. This suggestion is to allow Sr Mods the ability to restart a server if multiple players are asking due to the lag. Having this will help fix the server and attract more people, maybe even people who have quite because of the cancerous lag. For example, Op Factions gets below 10 TPS after a few hours and only about 10 people log in a day.
Support But, I suppose many people are going to say 'abuse', etc. But -- these are Sr. Mods, respected, trusted staff... They should be allowed. Maybe like a /vote plugin would help, as then the staff would get an idea as to when to restart, not just based on the odd chat message or personal lag.
