I recently donated for the 'Sponser' rank but I have not received it in-game. I sent an e-mail to [email protected] but the rank I donated for has not been recieved. I was hoping you could take a look at this, I didn't want to post the email saying that I paid for it and it went though publicly but I sent it through with the email.

 

Try some of the following:
-Log out and back in. Simple, right?
--Assure that you entered your name when donating correctly
---If you entered the name wrong, just mention that in the support email

I've logged in and out of the game as I donated for the rank yesterday around 6.30pm GMT and my user name is correct but I have still not received the rank :(

 

The Administrators will get around to see if you did. Don't worry! You will get it
