A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: Speed-hacking. Using multiple accounts to hack. Previously the player I reported was not banned for speed-hacks because they thought he had depth strider, but this is the same player and is blatantly using speed-hacks.

I will ban zUnfriendlyHD for hacking but theres not enough evidence to ban JitterClickinD.
