I've seen a lot of people complain about being able to buy spawners but not being able to place them. There is a permissions check that needs to be adjusted so players can place the spawners that they paid for. Either that or take them out of the spawn shop, but I like the idea of being able to buy spawners for survival, and think they should stay, granted if we are actually able to place them.
