      offenders ign: BAB199 and Icuntpvphd
      my ign: herobineanator
      what they did wrong: both of them abusing the /whisper command to spam everyone and evade being kicked for spam by console. also when I told him to shut up BAB199 started flaming at me using whisper with yet more spam.
