To ban for a ''death wish'' would totally go against the MakeAWish foundation.
It's a surprisingly big topic on the forums now whether someone should be banned for ''kys'' or something similiar to that. On the internet and online games you will find people with different backgrounds, people from different countries, culture and religion. Not everyone is going to be nice. If you can't handle one person encouraging you to commit suicide on the internet then maybe read a good book.
