However, if you say something like "1v1 me under spawn, I bet I'll kill you", it's in the context of the game and you won't get a 31 day ban. But if you keep harassing the player and bullying them, etc., I'm pretty sure it will warrant a mute or whatever the Moderator decides based on the situation at hand.

Yeah, this is a common question that always comes up to a discussion. I mean, personally I wouldn't give a 31 day ban, but if there was some other chat context previously, it may have made things clearer as in: (example)

P1: omg why did you just kill me when I was on the tower Jazzical on the previous map
You: hehehe
P1: I'm going to get you on this map!
You: ;-;
P1: Jazzical just die!!!!

If something like this was captured in your screenshots, then this context is obviously not in real life, and probably (I may be wrong) will not warrant a 1 month ban.

If that's the case, it isn't a death wish since he asked you to die for his friend to win.
