OP PvP SoccerStar602 Hacking[Banned][Vax]

I watch this video in slow 0.25. God_Farquad does not appear to be hacking. there was a momment that it seemed like they lagged out for a sec but the rest of the fight seemed notmal. SoccerStar602 was banned for hacking.
