Hello Timmy, I understand what you are saying but some of the things you are saying just don't make sense. I don't think you fully understand what goes on when you get staff and some of the things we have to do. I'm not blaming you either, it's complicated. It is somewhat true what you are saying, Sniff did go inactive for a bit and stop being the best who could be. You also have to understand we have personal lives outside this block game. I know I was inactive for a good 2-3 months because I had things going on, and if he was busy outside of this block game that's his business not anyone else's. What I will say though when he was at his 100 percent, he was a damn good mod. He would be on everyday when he can and do what he needed to do. He worked his a** off for that position and I don't see why he wouldn't again. Also when you said there are a limited amount of people that can get accepted at a time, that is simply not true. The Staff Team decides on the people who deserve the position not based off a number of people we can have. We have had Promotion waves that are up to 7 and low as 2. There is no number limit on the number of promotions. Also when you say he already had his opportunity, and does not deserve a second chance. Why should Ex-Staff be able to come back and help the server? Simply doesn't make sense at all. There are so many Staff Members that have had more than one chance and still are amazing mods. If you think they already got there chance and blew it, do you know exactly what was going on if they got demoted or resigned? Not talking about sniff specifically but just think about that. When the Higher Up Staff is deciding who to promote they base it off who fits and who would be a good moderator, it is based of many things. I don't see why Sniff wouldn't be another great moderator and I fully support him. If your argument is still other applicants should have the chance to apply since he already got his chance, do not worry if the applicants are working hard they will see.
