You might've said something like that, but you still have my support. You were just joking around, and accidentally wrote something that was a little against the rules. I think you still deserve moderator <3

I got a picture of it from somebody (not gonna tell cause idk if they want me to) and from what I saw it was just a little light hearted joking, I'm staying with my support.

 

You're banned on kit pvp. Joke or not, it was still against the rules. There's the evidence of you impersonating as owner. You also said that you did not know color coding like this was against the rules. If you were moderator and this happened, they'd get let go with it.

I never said I didn’t know colorcoding like this was bannable, I didn’t know in general doing something like a prefix and your name is bannable. ([Mod:SniffMyToes or Owner:SniffMyToes). Alright, this was my mistake, and now I learned something knew from it. I think I’d rather get punished for this and know that it is punishable, so if I get mod I know what to do, rather than not ban players for this offense. Thanks for the response.

 

Same thing, you didn't know acting like that was bannable. Therefore, if a player did it in-game, you wouldn't have banned them.

 

Yes, but now I know about it. I learned from a mistake, not just do it and forget about it. Therefore, if a player did it in-game, I now would ban them because I learned something new.

I'm going to change my vote to neutral. Reason being you were not aware of the rules, and you are banned on KitPvP. You're still a good candidate for the position just make sure you are well aware of the rules (Forums, and in-game) before applying.

 

Well to be fair it doesn't say much on what counts as staff impersonation, all it says is "Do not act as if you are a MV staff member when you are not. This can be very misleading."

 

Is that the only reason he doesn't have your support? Because he's banned or because he made a single mistake? I can assure you that neither make him less competent for this position nor would they impair his ability to moderate.

I'm sure there are plenty of moderators who don't know one or two of the rules; you can't expect everyone to know every little thing.

Alright, that’s understandable. (It wouldn’t be a change to neutral as you never supported). As youtuber said below, it just really wasn’t clear about what I had said, as the explanation isn’t specific at all. Will learn from this though.

No, I just am not going to go into full detail as I do not have enough time. If you go to the first page, I also left a comment on that. No need to get all defensive over my no support, it means just as much as other no supports.
As a moderator, he should know most of the rules. He knew staff impersonation was a rule, but didn't know what included staff impersonation.
Sorry if this offended you so much that you had to come at me. I just don't see a player who is banned as moderator.
