My posts in that thread were criticism, and although it may not be helpful to you and make you feel inspired to get on more, this is the way a lot of people feel including myself. I put this in a way that was straight forward upon what my opinion was, about the owners in it for money, the anticheat did nothing (at that point), and the moderation team could use work (more applicants or increased activity). As I said in that thread, you are the ones that signed up and promised to be active, and most of you did not keep that promise, so I’m not afraid to call the inactive moderators out.

I say that I don’t see you on often, but this is obviously because of time zones, so I don’t have an issue with this. You do your job correctly and well, as seen in the fact that are a senior moderator. You along some other moderators actually put in time on the server, so thank you for that. When you asked what servers to be more active on, you used the word “us” implying the staff team, and I thought (as pretty much everyone does), that you should be more active on all servers, not any specific ones.

I can assure you, everyone on the staff team puts time into this server. Just because it's not visible to members that does not mean it is not there. If you're going to come into the team with an attitude/assumptions like that things will not go very well; I am definitely sticking with my no support.

 

Support even though I haven't seen you due to timezones you seem like a pretty nice guy, good luck

 

Although he may put in more work other than ingame, tincro was inactive for a span of 50+ days, came back a bit, and then was inactive for around 25 days now. I know he has life to deal and he probably does put in effort other than ingame, but ingame he is inactive. There are a few others that I don’t see ingame often, won’t name names, but they also most likely put in time in other aspects of the server or do work when I’m not on. Thanks for giving me a new aspect to look at.

Someone spoke at our school recently, and they said something that I'm trying currently. They said that even if you have to fake a smile or fake being nice to someone, after awhile of faking it, it's easier to do it genuinely. I'm trying to work on how I am now, so I might as well try something.

 

I have seen you a lot and 100% support. However some people don't take younger people seriously, but you seem very mature for your age. As I have found out, many people don't like teenagers simply because they are kids, and like >10 year olds even less. (not saying that I don't like that you are young, just a warning) You seem to have the respect of many people already though, and that is a very good quality for mod.
