Understandable, and yes, this is true. Although I know how to find blatant cheaters, I can also find those who may toggle or use clients that don't always show. I will try and work on finding more of these types of players.

I still can't support you. The last time you closed your application, you stopped being nice and friendly. You returned to being rude and disrespectful to many people. Then as soon as you open your application again, it's back to the nice and friendly guy. I just don't seen this as stable moderator behavior.

I would like to add to this with my own personal experience with you as a player. You were quite rude to players during the time you posted your FIRST application. I know I’ve warned you several times for language and other innapropriate behavior. This was not even 3 months ago as to when I was mod.
The last I saw you being rude was December 26th, to a player in-game. More than a week before posting your application.
I know I’m a month late on this reply, but why the sudden change of heart? What makes you such a nice, kind-hearted person, to where it only takes you a week to change how you represent yourself to the community?
How have you changed yourself?
Also, how do I know I can trust YOU as staff, given all the rudeness, and discrimination in your past, before your sudden change?

 

I feel like I have made an improvement since then, and although I can be rude at times, this is still nothing compared to how toxic I used to be. As you said, you have given me warnings in the past, but I haven't gotten a warning since midway November. This improvement isn't fully for the community, but this is a personal improvement that I am trying to make. It's not like I want to be toxic either, I'm trying to help improve the community. The change of heart and personality, at least the improvement of heart and personality was sudden as you said, but this is because I didn't realize how much I hurt the community by the way that I was. I didn't want to keep on going being some rude person that everyone hated, but I wanted to be helpful in some way in this community. I know you may not be able to trust me with this position for awhile, but I hope I will, by my words and actions, prove to you that I am improving and am making that I am making an effort to keep this change.

No support I'm sorry. While you are active on reports and in-game that is not all that it takes to be a moderator. You've been rude in the past and recently, yes, you have improved but I wouldn't say you're mod material yet. Your posts in this thread were quick discouraging and while I am completely up for constructive criticism as BMAN said in the thread, that thread did not inspire me to get in-game and be more active. Also, some of your comments towards me and behind my back make me feel as though you have something against me and think that I can not do my job properly. Teamwork is a very important part of being a staff member and I want to be able to know that applicants are capable of that. Please feel free to prove me wrong.
