Your ingame name: mind_trap The offender's ingame name: Smasher1245 A description of what rule they broke/how they broke it: The user flew again on my island and killed all the animals he could find including, pigs, sheep and chickens. The user has been banned in the past for animal griefing and disrespect. His last ban was less than 20 days ago, can you please ban him permanently or reset his island as it is stated on the server rules?. Im tired of having to report the same griefers again and again, why you allow such persons on the server? Evidence/screenshots.
I said that he flew because he usually warps to my shop and from there he can /jump out and fly all the way up to my island which is over 140 blocks away from my shop. He could have placed as well, a warp or his /home on my island (when I saw him he was already on my island killing my animals, I didn't saw from where he came ) and I don't really see the point of arguing about his flying, he is not reported for flying, he is a god and he can fly, he is reported for animal griefing. In case you don't know how the burden of proof works, I am not the one who has to prove that I didn't invited him, he has to prove that I invited him if such claim is made. The positive claims need to be proved in order to be true, not the negative ones, for example, you will have to prove that I am an elephant if you claim so, it isn't my responsibility to prove that I am not an elephant. I don't have to, but please tell me, how exactly I prove that I didn't asked him to tpa to me? Is it by screenshoting the chat window at the exact moment in which I said absolutely nothing since I didn't invited him? Please describe(elaborate) me this proof please, how it is? Smasher is not a new griefer to my island, he knows where to find it, he doesn't need me to tpa him, he has griefed me in the past and I got him banned again for that reason but since some mods are incompetent they allow such persons on the server and keep wasting my time over and over again. In case you wonder why he kills my animals in front of me with such ease, it is because Im in /vanish, he believes that I'm offline and that's why Im not talking during the whole incident, because Im gathering more evidence of his grief, if I had talked he would had left. I claim that he killed my animals and the proof is in the pictures which I already posted. The method he used to come to my island isn't important. Even If I had invited him, then he will have to prove that I gave him permission to kill my animals, because even if I allow you to visit my island that doesn't give you the right to kill my animals on a non pvp server like skyblock. Animal griefing is against the rules and if you are killing animals on another person's island you should have proof that he gave you permission to do so, otherwise it is griefing. No one is allowed outside of my shop on my island and especially smasher, these signs are for everyone not specific to smasher.
Yes he trespassed and griefed my animals, I didn't gave him permission for either. Do you have any idea how rare sheep are on skyblock? I have built a beautiful iron farm and it is always out of order because of people like him who kill the villagers. This time he came to take revenge on me because I called him out on his lies in his mod application. Im playing nearly a year on skyblock and Im trying to protect the server and my work on it from ppl like him, little help please?
It has been over 10 days already, is there any competent mod to ban the griefer permanently? Do you have any problem with the report? If so, state it so I can correct it, otherwise proceed and apply the server rules. Im tired of having my work ruined by the same persons over and over again, the rules apply for all or for none, apply them please, ban the griefer and remove his work as it is stated on the server rules. How many times do I have to report the same person over and over again until my work is safe permanently from him? He has griefed me multiple times and he is totally disrespectful, yet it isn't entirely his fault, you allow him to have such behavior because in a more serious server he would had been permanently banned long ago. So gimme a specific number, how many times do I have to report the same person until he is permanently banned?
