I believe that this player deserves a perm ban, as he has been banned more then enough times. The official Mineverse rules even state: In-game: Hacking on a PvP related gamemode will result in a month ban and the second time will result in a perm ban. SmallWolf7658 has hacked 12 times, in total. He definitely deserves a perm ban. Here are the reports made on him:

I've requested a perm ban on him before, but it seems it got denied. I hope this one doesn't, he really does deserve a perm ban.

Players don't get to request perm bans.
Staff do. Your evidence was taken into consideration, but perm bans are decided by the higher staff. We have requests pending and we accept or deny when we have time. I am not sure if this player is on that list.
