I suggested this three years ago, but I don't believe it was implemented. Fortunately, my suggestion about money rewards was added, but I still think that this can benefit the server. Essentially, I think that there should be ranks for Skywars, based on the number of wins you have. This is slightly different from the ranks in KitPvP, as these don't cost money or provide you with anything but clout. Personally, if there was a rank system based around wins, I'd want to play Skywars far more and would grind to reach the max rank. This is quite similar to infection, and we all know how beloved that is.
