before the server (Skywars) was ran by mineverse I had the $25 rank and now I don't. I contacted the mineverse support email 4 times but no one has answered. I got this rank over 2 years ago and I no longer have the bank statement as I switched banks to prove that I had the rank. Hopefully, you have some sort of verification as I haven't had this rank for a while and I've been waiting. Thanks for your time!

No I don't :/ It was a while ago, when skywars wasn't a part of mineverse. By now, I already changed my bank and no longer have access to my record. I remember when I bought the rank, I had trouble receiving it so I talked to Cypriot on skype, so maybe he can find the old messages we sent like 2-3 years ago.

 

Can I please get some answers... This has been going on for literally months, I just want my rank, please.
