Hi my name is TheBlizzard0113 and i haven't got my Skywars rank yet on Mineverse.com. When the old Skywars.com server went down it transferred to Mineverse.com, on Skywars.com i had bought a rank Skygod which cost me $50. I have sent 5 emails to Mineverse support with proof of my rank and my name. It said it would take 2-3 days for my rank to be given to me on Mineverse.com, which is equal to the rank Elite, all people who had ranks on Skywars.com that went onto Mineverse.com were given the equivalent rank to their old one. I have not received my rank for more than 3 months. Id like to have my rank given to me because i purchased it just like the others with ranks and i have not got it yet. I have talked to many Mods and all they have said is to write a thread on here, so i am. So please can i have my rank i have waited a long time for it and i haven't got it with the change over to Mineverse.com, i have attached proof of getting my Skygod rank on the old server so please give me the equal rank to that which is Elite, thank you.
